Guy Laughs At Kids Slipping On Ice (Hilarious)

Is this guy an asshole or is this ok? Regardless of what people think, this is straight up hilarious. Not only is the kids falling funny, but the commentary from the father and (probably) his daughter just adds on to the comedy.
